7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any delays in the receipt of messages, as delivery is subject to the network transmission from your mobile carrier and WhatsApp’s server uptime.

* Privacy Policy Link: In the footer of your WhatsApp messages (especially the first one), it's good practice to provide a link to your full Privacy Policy.
* Identity: Ensure your business name is clearly visible in the profile so users know who is messaging them.
* Operating Hours: It is recommended to send marketing blasts during standard business hours (e.g., 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM) to minimize "Report/Spam" clicks.
