Part 2: Vendor Terms & Conditions (For Business Clients)
* Compliance: Vendors must follow WhatsApp Business & Commerce Policies. Prohibited items (Drugs, Gambling, Adult content) will lead to immediate ban.
* Permission-Based Marketing: Vendors guarantee they have "Opt-in" consent from every recipient. Spamming is strictly prohibited.
* Account Safety: If a Vendor’s "Spam/Block" rate exceeds 5%, we reserve the right to suspend the account to protect our API reputation.
* Content Ownership: The Vendor is 100% responsible for the text, images, or links sent through the platform.
Part 3: Privacy Policy (Data Protection)
* Data Collection: We collect your mobile number, name, and delivery reports solely for communication purposes.
* No Third-Party Sharing: We never sell or rent user data. Your information is only shared with official API partners (like Meta/Twilio) for delivery.
* Security: All data is stored on secure servers with encryption to prevent unauthorized access.
* Data Deletion: Upon request or "STOP" command, we will remove your active data from our marketing lists within 48 hours.
Part 4: Payment, Refund & Support Policy
* Payments: All services are Pre-paid. Credits or subscriptions must be paid in advance.
* Refund Policy: * Refunds are only applicable if the service is not activated within 72 hours of payment.
* No refunds will be given if an account is banned by WhatsApp due to Policy Violations (Spamming).
* Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee API uptime, but message delivery depends on the recipient's phone being "Online" and WhatsApp's server status.
